Description: The feature uses points to represent data and has five types; area velocity, level sensor, live flow, signature meter, and ultrasonic. An area velocity flow meter uses a sensor (typically a radar sensor) to measure flow velocity. An ultrasonic flow meter uses ultrasonic technology to measure flow velocity. A level sensor measures the depth of flow. A live flow meter uses either radar or ultrasonic technology to measure flow velocity in an active sewer as opposed to measuring flow in an overflow pipe, which is only active during sanitary sewer overflow events. A signature meter records flow from sewer pump stations.
