On March 9, 2016 an agreement was signed between Baltimore County, HUD and three clients of the Baltimore County Housing Office and two local housing advocacy organizations, Baltimore Neighborhoods, Inc. and the NAACP, which depicted areas of opportunity in Baltimore County for affordable housing.
