<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This map highlight areas of housing opportunity in Baltimore County. Opportunity mapping grows out of the idea that where one lives heavily influences one’s social, economic, and health prospects. On March 9, 2016 an agreement was signed between Baltimore County, HUD and three clients of the Baltimore County Housing Office and two local housing advocacy organizations, Baltimore Neighborhoods, Inc. and the NAACP, which depicted areas of opportunity in Baltimore County for affordable housing. Goals have been set to encourage affordable housing in these census tracts.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
